Plans are priced by how many people you can email — your mailable list. Each plan comes with a generous email allowance on top (ten times the list size every month), so the number to watch is your contacts, not your sends.
Tests to your own team are never counted, on any plan.
Go to Settings → Billing and press Change plan, or go straight to /plans.
Up to 2,500 contacts and 25,000 emails a month. "Send campaigns to your list, on your own domain."
Includes: Campaigns, Flows, Forms, Templates, Segments, Reports. Flows are on every plan, Starter included.
Up to 25,000 contacts and 250,000 emails a month. "Ten times the list, and the tools to work out what it wants."
Adds: A/B tests, full tracking and reports, smart sending.
This is the one most shops want.
Up to 50,000 contacts and 500,000 emails a month. "Everything in Growth, with a person of your own on our side."
Adds: A dedicated account manager, priority support.
"More than 50,000 contacts — tell us what you need."
There is no price on this one because we work it out with you. The card says Talk to us instead of a Choose button.
We look at how many people you can actually email, then highlight the plan that fits — with the reason printed underneath it, in your own numbers. It is a suggestion. Pick whatever you like.
The plan you are already on wears Your plan and says "This is what you are on."
There is no overage charge, ever. When your mailable list grows past what your plan covers, a banner appears:
"Your list has grown to 26,140 people — more than the 25,000 this plan covers."
You keep sending for 14 days from the day it first crossed the line. After that, sending pauses until you move up a plan:
"Your list has grown to 26,140 people and this plan covers 25,000. Move up a plan to carry on sending."
Nothing is deleted and nobody is unsubscribed — we never prune a list to make it fit. If the list drops back under the line (people unsubscribe, or you clean it), the banner clears on its own.
This is not a plan. It sits on top of one, and it does not let you send anything by itself. Requires Growth or Pro.
"We build every flow you need and write and send your campaigns each month — you approve before anything goes out."
What it includes:
It is monthly, not one-off, because the campaigns half never stops. Flows our designers write in your brand arrive switched off, for you to read first. You can see what stage each one is at on Settings → Billing, under "What we are building for you".
The trial is 7 days from signup, with everything unlocked and a cap of 500 real sends.
While it is running, Settings → Billing says "You are on the free trial" with a Trial chip and how many days are left.
When it runs out the headline changes to "Your trial has ended" with an Ended chip: "It ran from signup to [date]. Everything you built is still here — pick a plan to send."
Nothing is deleted. Your contacts, campaigns, flows, designs and reports all stay exactly where they are. The only thing that stops is sending. Any attempt to send says "Your trial ended. Pick a plan to keep sending."
The page is headed Billing — "What you are on today, and what it covers."
On a live plan you see three facts and nothing else:
A green Live chip means it is running. Ending means you have cancelled and it runs to the end of the period you paid for. Payment failed means your card did not go through.
Moving up takes effect straight away.
All three live in one place, in the Invoices and card card: "Receipts, your card, and cancelling all live with our payment provider."
We do not hold your card number and we never will.
Cancelling is one button in the same place. "It stops at the end of the month you have paid for, and everything you built stays here." There is no retention maze, no phone call, no "are you sure" seven times. Everybody here arrived because somebody else made leaving hard.
If a payment does not go through, you get 7 days of grace. You keep sending the whole time, with a banner:
"Your card didn't go through. You're still sending for 5 more days — update it to carry on."
On the last day it reads "Your card didn't go through. You're still sending today — update it to carry on."
After the seventh day sending stops: "Your card didn't go through. Update it to keep sending." Update the card in the payment provider's portal and everything restarts.
A bank declining a good card is the commonest reason this happens, and it is usually fixed in thirty seconds.
The email allowance is ten times your contact allowance, so most shops never reach it. If you do, the message is "You've used your 250,000 emails this month. Move up a plan or talk to us." — with your own plan's number in it. Moving up a plan fixes it immediately.
